Waruna is aware that corporate culture is one of a big issue in shaping our identity and being firm in market positioning. In February 2018, our theme in Coffee Morning event was L.O.V.E (Living Our Value Everyday) that aiming to cascade Corporate Culture to all employees. Waruna has now changed its corporate culture into ISOCA which represents Integrity, Safety, Ownership, Continuous Improvement and Accountability. One week prior to Coffee Morning, Waruna had conducted blood donation event to share our care to ones who need. Altogether with Valentine, Management Team shared happiness to celebrate that occation and, at the same time, socialized our Corporate Cultures. We feel so grateful to have the opportunity to capture that wonderful moment.
