Health is the first thing we need to care about. Medical history and check-up is critical variable to maintain. Company initiates to take randomly drugs and alcohol test to ensure the cleanness of our People and their readiness to take responsibility for our vessels. Company also endorses regular sports activities and mental-physical-health seminars as part of health program.
Safety is other major thing we need to continuously improve. Our offices, ships, and employees are equipped with these safety-related things. Safety Induction is mandatory for all new employees. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) must be used by all employees who perform high-risk work in our Workshop or on board our Ship. Safety equipment and devise are also maintained intensively as critical part in our operations.
Security policy is another main critical matter to be managed. We are monitored by customers in applying HSSE and business-wise policies /procedures. Our concern to exterminate fraud on Ship and Ashore will protect us from other offenses.
Our concern of maintaining the sustainability of environment will help to remain our business growth. Aligning our policies and procedures with industry best practice help us to improve our service performance and attain high standards of safety and pollution prevention in air, shore-based, and sea. For example in utilizing technology and reducing the use of papers, preventing cargo spill and pollution, also managing our garbage. Other environment program within the company is practicing regular housekeeping at the end of the week to maintain people awareness about cleanliness.
